  1. Meret’s project focused on heart rate and that issues can arise that affect the heart rate, such as tachycardia and bradycardia. Changes in heart rate can be an early indicator of potential life-threatening diseases. In her video she shows three lines using yarn on a board with pins in it to represent different heart rates. The top one represents a regular heart rate, while the middle is tachycardia (fast) and the lowest one shows bradycardia heart rate (slow). She also included a painting of the heart, including the red arteries and blue veins at the end of her video.
