  1. Connective Tissue Diseases
    Connective tissue is one of the four basic types of animal tissue. Since connective tissue is the most abundant, widely distributed, and varied type of tissue diseases can affect all parts of the body. Skin, fat, muscle, joints, tendons, ligaments, bone, cartilage, and even the eye, blood, and blood vessels can all be affected. There are two categories of connective tissues inherited and inflammation of tissues caused by antibodies. There is currently no cure for any of the connective tissue diseases but there are treatments to help reduce the symptoms. In this article rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) RA, scleroderma, lupus disease, Churg-Strauss syndrome, Marfan syndrome, polymyositis/dermatomyositis, sharps syndrome are all reviewed.
