Posted by I used block prints to make a collage of some of the major stages of embryonic development, which includes weeks 3 through 8 of development of the embryo. The first print on the upper left is the blastocyst. The embryonic stage begins with implantation of this blastocyst which is what the middle print in the top row illustrates. The rest of the prints show the developing embryo is various stages, and the final print on the bottom right shows an eight-week-old embryo. I also attached a photo of some of the blocks that I used to make the prints.
