Left heart: Normal structure with the 4 chambers of the right and left atrium & right and left ventricle that would perform the correct path of blood flow.

Right heart: Abnormal structure from a congenital heart defect called, Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) where there is a hole between the right and left ventricle that would cause a disruption in blood flow by pumping oxygen-rich blood back into the lungs instead of spreading throughout the body.
