Posted by This project is covering bone movement when different factors of growth, age, and living conditions or other factors are present via a musical representation. The type of music is referred to as pragmatic since there is a programmed idea and a specific meaning behind the sound. The example I am drawing from is Camille Saint-Saëns “Danse macabre” because there is a distinct representation of bones rattling introduced in the xylophone.
The change that happens in bones throughout a human’s life can be generalized into three periods; early development and puberty, adulthood, and old age.
