Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy is typically caused by a genetic disorder that causes the muscular wall around the left ventricle to thicken. My steam project will review normal blood flow through the heart and will then show how obstructive cardiomyopathy can block and reduce the flow from the left ventricle to the aorta.
