    You definitely have a pretty good eye for watercolor, compared to my own! Haha! I was very unfamiliar with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, So I had to do a little research before commenting on your post. Your pictures are very easy to understand, even for someone not familiar with the deeper processes of the brain. Stress can be a useful response in the proper situations. But persistent and excessive worry about everyday things may be diagnosable as GAD. Anxiety disorders are the most common disorder in the United States. GAD effects the brain when there is a disruption to the limbic system. GABA is an inhibitory transmitter, and a lack thereof is linked to anxiety disorders.
